In 1995, Todd Lubar began his career in the Real Estate Industry. It became quickly apparent to Todd Lubar that because he had a marvel of every facet in the real estate business and because of his desire for helping others that finance and real estate would be a life long career Initially, Lubar’s start into the business was at Crestar Mortgage Corporation as a loan originator, it while he was there that he began to learn quickly the model for conservative Mortgage banking. This proved to be invaluable experience for future opportunities and experiences. He spent the majority of his time in developing the relationships with CPA’s, Real Estate agents, insurance agents and financial planners who have now comprised the base for the incredible source for referral business. Then in 1999, Lubar took a step further towards a long line of advancements, doing this by acquiring an equity position within the Legacy Financial Group. This position afforded him with the opportunity for expanding the lending capabilities for being able to broker loans for outside investors, and to be able to lend for a direct Mortgage Bank. In 2002, he made the decision to take his focus on real estate to another level, by doing this Todd Lubar opened Legendary Properties, LLC., this being a company for residential development. His establishment within the real estate community began to facilitate at the rapid progression of rehabilitating, purchasing, profiting and selling of more than 200 transactions that ranged from just single family dwellings, all the way to twenty unit multiple family properties. In doing this he was also able to build relationships with people that were experienced with all the building trades that are needed for produce of the quality product for a timely fashion. He continued involvement in the Mortgage Banking industry, when in 2003 he opened a Charter Funding, that was a subsidiary for the First Magnus Financial Corporation, which is one of the largest privately owned mortgage companies in the US. After being in the market for more than 12 years, Todd Lubar has been able to assess a niche when it comes to understanding clients. As the mortgage industry began to go through big changes during 2007 and 2008, Todd was also involved within several other lines of business.
